Or perhaps a better caption is:
"Is mom driving, or is this just God\'s way of making the car go to the mall?"
This is a graphic I used when discussing Gould\'s "Non-overlapping magisteria" (NOMA) idea. Others have rephrased it, "Hugely Overlapping Magisteria", which is probably more accurate since that\'s exactly the problem. If religion weren\'t invoked to explain "things", THEN it would be OK to use the NOMA.
