How are professional manga artists in Japan making their manga?

Are they still using the traditional methods of inking and toning on manga paper? Or has manga software taken over the industry?

they still use traditional methods of inking and toning on paper

if you read Bakuman it really shows you how much mangaka go through, its a manga about 2 boys trying to make it big as mangaka
