Large-scale Cooking Lab: Western - Sandwiches
We made mixed cafeteria-style lunch for our last large-scaled cooking lab.
These are sandwiches which you usually find in Japanese convenience stores. Included are a BLT, ham and egg salad, tonkatsu pork cutlets and smoked salmon sandwiches. All are spread with a mustard butter spread which makes all of them oily tasting.
Mt Tasman & Mt Cook
In the morning we left Fox Glacier for Queenstown. When we got up the day was much clearer than the previous day so we finally got to see Mt Tasman and Aoraki / Mt Cook. Mt Tasman is the one in the middle and Aoraki / Mt Cook is the peak near the right side.
You can see a video taken here.
