Question by Splash: How are women the only ones who are known about in abusive relationships?

We all know about women being in abusive relationships. There are centers for battered and abuses women. Girls are encouraged to talk about their relationships.

But how are women the only ones who everybody is aware of being in abusive relationships? That she should leave/get help if the man is abusive? Why don't people know about men in abusive relationships? Women can be abusive too.

You are right, women can be abusive too. But the majority of abusive relationships have abusive men.
